Mobility Empowered LLC has implemented specific best practices pertaining to notice, choice, access, data integrity, enforcement, security and onward transfer to third-party information sharing.

Mobility Empowered LLC takes every precaution to protect any personal information you choose to share with us, online and off-line. We may use cookies to enable us to track and target your interests for the purpose of enhancing your experience on our Website. If you register for our Services you are responsible for protecting the security of your user name and password. You are responsible for any transaction made using your user name and password.

Our Services may contain links to third party content or websites that Mobility Empowered LLC does not control. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners. NOTE: if you click on these links and enter a third party’s website these third parties may use their own cookies to collect data or solicit PII. The Services are not directed at, or intended for use by, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to provide any PII on our Services. Children should always get permission from a parent or guardian before sending PII over the Internet.
